Project Overview

The problem, the constraint and what shipped.

Context

Brainial is a production B2B SaaS platform for tender and procurement workflows. I worked on the frontend product over four years as it developed and expanded.

Challenge

Translate dense, data-heavy workflows and evolving product requirements into interfaces that remained understandable, reusable and maintainable.

Shipped and maintained production features used in real customer workflows, while contributing reusable components and frontend decisions across the product.

The product, interface and engineering work I was directly responsible for.

    Designed and implemented data-dense tender and procurement workflows, including complex forms and dashboard-heavy interfaces.

    Worked closely with product, design, and backend teams to turn requirements into usable interfaces.

    Evolved reusable component patterns and frontend state handling as the product grew in scope.

    Handled architecture decisions across React, TypeScript, Jotai, React Query and API integration.
